Has anyone recieved GEJ's cow?

Goodluck jonathan reportedly sent a cow to Pastor Tunde Bakare in the spirit of christmas. I'd like a Cow too! Don't you think that's a costly approach by jonathan if he plans on sending out cows as gifts.

Believe me i think he'd do well to share Good governance instead of cows(exactly the same thing Tunde Bakare reportedly said).
Me thinks that would be less costly.

So once again i asked 'has anyone recieved GEJ's cow or the less costly Good Governance'.

Shouting out to you peeps and 2013

Dear reader,
you helped made my wonderful year. As you already know this year i was quite interested in politics. I hope you found my permutations reasonable. And even when i took on subjects about the stock exchange i hope you didn't cringe.

You are the main reason i am here and in 2014 i hope you won't remove my blog from your reading list. Brace up for more fun.

Shoutout to all the celebrities reading my blog and to everyone.
May the lord provide you with your heart desires.
With love
Akinyemi

P.S please make sure to add me to your reading list.

Switching things up. Web design

I've always been a fan of constantly changing webpages. Constantly changing or improving designs, or at the very least an out of the blue deviation from the regular.

Facebook has always been very good at new features and improvements. But when it starts getting too much, even i begin to question myself about whether improvements are fine.

Something about facebook's improvement is that while it has made facebook more beautiful today than it was some years back, they've still not gotten that unique feature interesting enough to kill off all other competition.

Photosharing websites have
continue to grow from strengths to strengths. Micro-blogs are as stong as ever. And even facebooks introduction of hashtags hasn't really helped in a way it's supposed to. Hashtages without a 'trending' concept is a waste of time.

So yesterday when i had trouble posting a link to my timeline and i couldn't solve the problem until i removed the link from my post. I was like.....what's with all these constant changing of settings?

I got banned on Nairaland

Wow. I got banned on www.nairaland.com for ehm indirectly asking for a ban. My nairaland moniker is my alter-ego. His name is Akinmail. I call myself ahlaji akinmail. Seriously, i'm not mad since i've mostly been a troll on Nairaland. I actually laughed so hard today when i saw that i've been banned.

What happened was that i created a thread in the literature section asking to be banned and i explained that i was on a quest to get banned without breaking any rules. Did i achieve my objective? Oh yes i did. AND THAT WAS FAST.

Check the link to the website here.

There's a 1 million dollar price for solving each of these questions

How easy can it be to get a miilion dollars? In fact by January, you could be in your own yatch with yoour own victoria's secret girl somewhere in the carribeans.

Truly, there are easier ways of making a million dollars, but if you're down to solve some mathematics, you could be in for some cash.

TheMillennium Prize Problemsare seven problems in mathematicsthat were stated by the Clay Mathematics Institutein 2000. As of August 2010, six of the problems remain unsolved. A correct solution to any of the problems results in a US$1,000,000 prize (sometimes called aMillennium Prize) being awarded by the institute. Only the Poincaré conjecturehas been solved, by Grigori Perelman, who declined the award.
The seven problems are:
Contents
1 P versus NP
2 The Hodge conjecture
3 The Poincaré conjecture (proven)
4 The Riemann hypothesis
5 Yang–Mills existence and mass gap
6 Navier–Stokes existence and smoothness
7 The Birch and Swinnerton-Dyer conjecture

And here's a lil explanation of the first 2 question(you'll have to google the rest)
P versus NP
The question is whether, for all problems for which a computer canverifya given solution quickly (that is, in polynomial time), it can alsofindthat solution quickly. The former describes the class of problems termed NP, whilst the latter describes P. The question is whether or not all problems in NP are also in P. This is generally considered the most important open question in mathematicsand theoretical computer scienceas it has far-reaching consequences in mathematics, biology, philosophy[ citation needed]and cryptography(see P versus NP problem proof consequences).

If the question of whether P=NP were to be answered affirmatively it would trivialise the rest of the Millenium Prize Problems (and indeed all but the unprovable propositionsin mathematics) because they would all have direct solutions easily solvableby a formal system.
Mathematicians and Computer Scientists expect that the statement 'P=NP' will be shown to be false.
The official statement of the problem was given by Stephen Cook.
The Hodge conjecture
The Hodge conjecture is that for projective algebraic varieties, Hodge cyclesare rational linear combinationsof algebraic cycles.

Seun osewa just opened pandora's box

Nairaland's layout, features and all the numerous tabs had been non-changing since God knows when. There were obvious problem with the basic forum model nairaland uses, which stifles direct discussions between pals, dosen't encourage discussions of topics/threads beyound the normal initial comments in most cases and doesen't do a whole lot of other things that prevents an engaging experience. This is evident in the fact that there are still huge numbers of people that'll rather stay as guests rather than register and participate in the community.
Recently, nairaland has been sporting new features/tabs and one which is particularly commendable is the F/S button. Oh common it's been long overdue, in community of over a million people, there should be an efficient way to link to one another. True there's been a follow button, but the problem was that you couldn't see who followed you except you have to go search people's profile and start checking who they were following. This poses a huge privacy problem knowing that someone could be stalking you all over the place, checking every comment you make, etc without YOU BEING AWARE OF IT.

With new features being continually added to nairaland, it'll really help to improve nairaland's interaction model which means more people will make more friends and lesser number of people will be will to deactivate their accounts.

How do i become a music producer?

Okay, just typing this makes me feel cool. :) But sincerely i've got a flair for music. I make music naturally without even trying. Sometimes i just wonder how my music would sound if i actually put some effort into trying to make it sound nice. But you'll ask me this question...'why not a musician?' well i have my reasons.
Maybe i just don't feel comfortable with the fame that comes with being a musician. As a music producer you're on a 'cooler' level. You get to be the one that co-ordinates how the music sound i.e in my case i just get a chance at making music, and as a produce you'll probably have a record label(but that's a story for another day). I'll write a post about 'how to be a music producer in Nigeria' and i hope it helps me and everyone else on their journey becoming a music producer.
